Workshop: experimental Rhythm & Drone automata

On Saturday 5th September I’ll host an open workshop in making lo-fi experimental automata – the results will be collected together to make a miniature Rhythm & Drone orchestra.

Places are free but limited – please book through eventbrite here.

Graham Dunning Noisemaking Machines Workshop

Saturday, 5 September 2015 from 14:00 to 16:00 (BST)

Join artist maker Graham Dunning at this experimental workshop to build your own noisemaking machine. Using household objects, record players, motors, springs and rudimentary amplification, participants will create a miniature noise orchestra. Sounds and video from the workshop will be shared with attendees after the event.

Free to attend.

Throughout September Graham Dunning will be artist/maker in residence at LimeWharf / Machines Room. Graham will run an open studio daily each week, making and exhibiting new experimental automata and sculptural work, and researching into rhythm and drone in sound and visual art.
